Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee that legal services will be offered or that a case will be accepted.

3. Message Frequency Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to appointment reminders, updates, follow-ups, confirmations, scheduling, status, enrollment, notifications, alerts, inquiries, reminders, and inter-office communication. 

4. Messaging Fees Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary depending on whether the message is sent domestically or internationally. 

5. Opt-In Method You may opt-in to receive SMS messages by submitting your information through our website form at https://flinjury.us and checking the SMS consent checkbox. 

6. Opt-Out Method You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. You may also request removal from our SMS list by calling (561) 960-9870 or emailing general@flinjury.us.
